Today,afterschool,myfriendsaskedmetohavedinnerwiththem,Ifeltsohappyandwenttherestaurantwiththem.ThenIfoundtheywantedtoeatbuffet,Iwassohappy,becauseIalwayswantedtohavebuffet,Icouldeatalotoffood.Aswepaidthemoneymorethanweusuallyspent,soallofuswantedtoeatasmoreaspossible,eventhoughwewerefullenough,westilltriedtoeat.Iwouldgothewashroommanytimes,sothatIcouldcontinuetoeat.Ifoundeatingthebuffetshouldbeahappythingforme,butnowitseemedtobeakindoftorture,IalwaystoldmyselftoeatmorethanIcouldbear,mystomachhurt.TheexperiencetoeatbuffetletsmerealizethatIshouldenjoythefoodinsteadofeatmorethanIcouldbear.

今天，下课后，我的邀请我和他们一起吃晚饭，我感到很开心，和他们一起去馆子。我发现朋友们想要吃自助餐，我很开心，因为我总是想要吃自助餐，我能吃很多食物。因为我们比平常多花了钱，所以我们都想要尽可能的多吃，即使我们足够的吃饱，仍然想要去吃。我会上很多次洗手间，这样我就能继续去吃。我发现吃自助餐对我来说应该是一件开心的事，但是却有点像是折磨，我总是告诉自己多吃，超过了承受的范围，胃都受伤了。吃自助餐的经历让我意识到我应该享受食物，而不是吃到超过自己的承受范围。
