近几年来,我国旅游新兴了一种新的旅游模式：乡村旅游。乡村旅游成为我国旅游业的一个新亮点，这样一种的新型的旅游模式能够带动我国旅游业和乡村的发展。经过十几年的发展，我国的乡村旅游在促进农村产业结构优化调整、拉动农民增收、推动旅游业发展等方面起到了重要的积极作用。但是由于我国乡村旅游业起步较晚,尚处于初级阶段,其发展中存在着一系列问题。

主要的问题有以下几个方面：

第一，在景点建设和项目开发上缺乏科学的规划，导致产品档次较低。由于忽视了农业旅游资源的综合开发，使观光农业旅游项目功能、内容单一，开发的广度、深度不够，没有自身特色。同时，部分开发经营者追求短期的经济效益，不顾对环境造成的污染和破坏，也使其失去了浓郁的乡土气息。

第二，乡村旅游的产业规模小，基础设施、服务设施不完善。我国乡村旅游的项目存在着总体规模狭小的特点，尚未形成参观、购物、旅游一条龙服务的产业体系，缺少必要的休息、娱乐、餐饮等设备。

第三，乡村旅游企业的管理与经营体制不健全。一方面用人制度极不完善，造成内部管理混乱；另一方面在资源保护和环境保护的体制方面有很大欠缺，使得环境和资源遭到破坏的现象时有发生。第四，针对乡村旅游的经营管理人员相对较少，对乡村旅游从业人员缺乏系统有效的培训，乡村旅游管理人员和从业人员素质普遍低下，严重制约了中国乡村旅游业的发展。

为了使我国的乡村旅游得到更好的发展，必须采取相应的措施来解决发展中存在的问题：
