1.DateofEmployment
TheEmployeeisemployedwitheffectfrom1stJune20xx.
2.JobTitle
ThepositionoftheEmployeeisGeneralManagerwhoreportstotheChairmanofDirectorsoftheBoardortothepersonnelofthemotherpany(orasisterpany)appointedbytheChairman.TheEmployee’sdutiesmayincludebutnotnecessarilybelimitedtosalesandmarketingactivities,allocatedbytheChairman.
3.PlaceofWorkandWorkingHours
TheplaceofworkmaybelocatedinanappointedofficeofthepanyortheEmployeemayworkatanyotherplaceagreedbyboththepanyandtheEmployee.TheEmployeemayberequiredtomakelocalandoverseastravelsoasionallyinordertoperformtheduties.
Thetotalnumberofworkinghoursis40hoursperweek,excludinglunch/break.WorkingHours:Weekdays08:45–12:45,14:00–18:00(12:45–14:00lunch/break)WeekendsandPublicHolidays:Off
4.Remuneration
TheEmployee’smonthlysalarywillbeSalarywithatwelfthmonthsalaryforapleteyearofservices,orpro-ratedwiththecalendaryearpayableattheendofDecember.
ThepayforthereferredperiodwillbedepositedontheEmployee’sbankaountonthelastweekdayofthemonth.TheEmployee’ssalaryshallbeannuallyreviewedandanadjustmentofthesalary,ifany,willbemadewitheffectfromJanuary20xx.
5.MandatoryProvidentFund
Thepanywillcontributefive(5)%oftheEmployee’sbasicsalaryasMandatory
ProvidentFundfrom1stAugust20xxonaftertheEmployee’sprobationaryperiodfor
2months,buttotalfarewillnotexceedperyear.
6.MedicalInsurance
TheEmployee’smedicalinsurancewillbeprovidedbythepany.
7.Holiday
Thepanypaysholidayallowancetoanannualleaveoftwelve(12)dayson
pletionofeachyear’sservicewiththepany.Theholidayisaruedduring
thequalifyingyear,whichisthecalendaryear,andcanbeheldinthefollowing
holidayyear,whichisfrom1stJuneuntil31stMaythefollowingyear.
8.Termination
Terminationtermsforthebothpartieswillbeone(1)month’swrittennoticeor
paymentinlieuhereof.
9.ConflictofInterest
TheEmployeeshallnotengage,participateorbeinvolvedinanytradesofbusinesses
whichmaybeinconflictwiththepany’sinterests.TheEmployeeisnotallowed
todiscloseinformationwhichwillendangerthepany’sbusinesstootherparties
withoutconsentandpermissionfromauthorizedpersonnelofthepany.
TheEmployeewillalsoundertakeanobligationthatshouldtheEmployeeleavethe
employofthepany,theEmployeewillnot,withinaperiodofsix(6)mothsfrom
thedateoftheEmployee’sleaving,engagehimselforbeengagedinactivitieswhich
directlyorindirectlymaypetewiththeactivitiesofthepany.Shouldthe
Employee,however,contrarytothisobligation,therebycauseorleadtocause
increasedpetitionforthepany,theEmployeewillagreetobeliablefora
reasonablepaymentofpensationtothepany.
ThisContractisexecutedin2originalcopies,ofwhichoneshallremainwiththe
panywhereastheothershallremainwiththeEmployee.
