我们都知道在当今这个社会的要找到一份合适的工作并不容易。但是，与此同时，越来越多的公司指出人才流失这个现象的严重性。我认为这应该是雇员和雇主都该承担的责任。不过雇主应承担大部分责任。如果公司可以提供相当可观的福利，很少会有员工要离开的。一般来说，大多数员工换工作都是因为他们认为他们的付出与收获不成正比。如果雇主能够满足员工的需要，人才流失将不会是一个问题。顺便说一下，在找工作的时候员工也应该三思而后行，确保可以找到自己想要的工作。这样就不会一段时间后就后悔了。如果雇主和雇员都做到最好，人才流失会越来越少。
